⚠ NON-REFUNDABLE: Parts containing electronics or printed circuit boards (PCBs) are non-refundable under any circumstances once shipped. No exceptions.
- All returns require a valid ERS Biomedical RMA number issued prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. ERS Biomedical is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
- Credit or replacement is subject to inspection and verification by ERS Biomedical technical staff upon receipt. Electronic and PCB-based components are excluded from return or credit eligibility.
- Items showing evidence of unauthorized modification, misuse, or physical abuse may be rejected or subject to additional evaluation charges.
- RMA authorization expires 30 days from issuance. Expired RMAs must be reauthorized before shipment.
- Estimated turnaround times begin upon confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) in serviceable condition.
