It is imperative that all items belonging to the system are included when sending it in for service.
This includes, but is not limited to, the lead wires, power supply, power cord, and ultrasound head.
These components are essential to performing proper calibration, power verification, and lead wire functionality testing.
Failure to provide the complete set of accessories will prevent us from carrying out these critical procedures
and may result in delays or the system being returned untested.
