This is a must upgrade to your Pelton & Crane sterilizer. This will allow the heating elements to turn off after the timer runs out. This prevents the eventual damage that occurs to these sterilizers It works as stated in counts down from 60 minutes and has a incredible bell ding at the end. If I could suggest any type of upgrade I would say that the bell ring is off a little if you could change the tone to a B flat that would awesome. Otherwise great product would purchase again.
