First check the "no power" section then come back here. If you still have no LED readout make sure the piggy back board (timer module) is secure, remove and reinstall. then check again.  if still no readout, call us for a Return authorization #  the timer module is probably bad and will need replacement.  If the timer module has a black glyptol seal on the back then the unit has a REAL problem  this board cannot be repaired or replaced.  you may want to upgrade the unit to the new style digital processor based system.
